I’m hoping to be a trailblazer, to give an avenue not only for African-American quarterbacks but athletic quarterbacks as well. You can be Caucasian, you can have any type of ethnicity outside of African-American, and that’s what I was trying to preach.”

Better to say nothing at all. Just say he's focused on the Super Bowl and moving past it.

What he said in response to that rings a bit hollow. There were other mobile/athletic QBs in the league. Cunningham, McNair, Culpepper, McNabb. Wilson and Kaep just went to Super Bowl's as well.

Its all good. Gotta focus on the Super Bowl, but idk. Could have come up with a better response than that imo.

I mean if he was told by the owner/coach to chill on those comments...I get it

I just hope this aint nothing he decided himself. Cause you don't want to be that guy that states a strong opinion and then can't stand on it. Even worse if you have no real understanding of what you're saying..

Its been a lot of brehs writing think pieces in support of Cam only for him to say this.
