I mix jogging and walking every morning at 5am(half jog half walk).15 mile walk a week (3 mile walk a day)
Calisthenics 5 days a week: Push-ups, Dips, pull-ups, squats, lunges, calf raises, planks, scissor kicks
Diet and rest also play a part too. I'm happy where I'm at but I know I can do better
I do both and cardio.
Imagine there being fanboys of exercises now
Of the 3, cardio really made me feel alot better and healthier. Gonna incorporate yoga into my routine starting this coming week(nikka getting up there in age)

The walks in the morning at the park also gets my mind right for the day ahead, doing Calisthenics between each lap around the park (Pull-ups, Dips, squats, lunges, calf raises) a brehs mental health has been getting better![]()
