Nah man. I work out. I believe lifting heavy weights in a quick and compounded effort is best for losing weight and keeping your muscles working even after you're done with the session.

:yeshrug:

Understandable, nothing wrong with weights as I said after a year of calisthenics, I lifted weights and never came back to this routine.

But you take a guy doing this routine for a year, and a guy lifting weights for a year and they both stop working out for a year,I bet the calisthenic guy will be stronger.

No agenda either, this is legit shyt breh, and people should try it

You must be shredded :dame:

Not as shredded as I was when I was locked up.

But at 200 pounds at 6'0 and still was able to do 100 pull ups and 150 dips and 200 pushups in 20 mins today I'm still in good shape breh.

I'm leaving the weights alone for a few months and gonna get back to this and see how much stronger I get

I kind of like this idea. I'm scared to leave them weights tho mayne. You did 100 chinups straight????? Or did you break it all up into sets

fukk no breh lol

Sets of 10 for pullups
Sets of 15 for Dips
And Pushups go 33,34,33,33,34,33

Then when that becomes easy add more reps as mentioned above but the time always remains at 30 mins

And don't be scared to do it breh, them weights ain't going nowhere
