I DIDN'T READ THIS WHOLE THREAD, SO I DON'T KNOW IF YOU TALKED ABOUT THIS ALREADY, BUT COULD YOU TELL THESE BREHS ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT, BROTHER? HOW MANY LEAN CHICKEN BREASTS AND EGG WHITES ARE YOU EATING, DUDE? OR ARE YOU ONE OF THESE GUYS WHO JUST EATS PIZZA EVERY DAY, MEAN GENE?
I meant to write in this thread a couple weeks ago when i tried this but then forgot. 30 minutes and got 135 pullups 120 pushups 120 squats and 120 dips. I was doing sets of 20 for each before I moved onto the next, but after 50 pullups i can only do 5 at a time (20, 10, 10, 10, 5, 5 ,5 etc.). I don't know if that's the best method but it's all I knew how to do, but if you got something that might help or I should alter I'm all ears breh.
Imma try this workout for a month.....

You wanna set your timer at 30 minutes and start off with 100 Pullups, 100 dips and 100 Pushups, the 30 minutes is a running clock it never stops and once the time is up you must stop the workout.
So you want to do all your sets in 10 obviously 10x10x10,do your 10 pullups first then Pushups and then dips,never do 5 pullups then some Pushups then some dips then back to the pullups,No,you want to knock each one out completely then move to the next.
Rest periods are up to you,but remember that timer is still ticking.
Once you are able to complete 100,pullups,100 dips and 100 Pushups in 30 minutes or less,you up your reps,maybe go to 120 pullups,150 dips and 200 Pushups, but the 30 minutes remains the same!
Once that becomes easy enough to do it in 30 minutes you up the reps again,and that 30 minutes always remains,that way you can never master the workout.

i've been upping my pushups and dips and sit ups...trying to get more into dips, just feels awkward.

Didn't make the 30 minute limit by 2 sets
Still better than most,shyt is tough tho.
Just imagine getting 200 pullups, 200 dips and 200 Pushups in 30 minutes
The pull ups slowed me way down
I was quick with everything else
I've known they been a sticking point for awhile though, got a weighed dip built 3 weeks ago and been going hard on it
