I DIDN'T READ THIS WHOLE THREAD, SO I DON'T KNOW IF YOU TALKED ABOUT THIS ALREADY, BUT COULD YOU TELL THESE BREHS ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT, BROTHER? HOW MANY LEAN CHICKEN BREASTS AND EGG WHITES ARE YOU EATING, DUDE? OR ARE YOU ONE OF THESE GUYS WHO JUST EATS PIZZA EVERY DAY, MEAN GENE?

Nah.

I eat alot of baked chicken rice,yogurts, milk,tilapia, potatoes,eggs,oatmeal and on the weekends I eat whatever I want.

But right now I'm eating 3200 calories a day

I meant to write in this thread a couple weeks ago when i tried this but then forgot. 30 minutes and got 135 pullups 120 pushups 120 squats and 120 dips. I was doing sets of 20 for each before I moved onto the next, but after 50 pullups i can only do 5 at a time (20, 10, 10, 10, 5, 5 ,5 etc.). I don't know if that's the best method but it's all I knew how to do, but if you got something that might help or I should alter I'm all ears breh.

Yea bruh,do it like this.

Say you gonna do 10 sets of 10 all around the board Pushups,pullups and dips.

Do your 10 pullups then 10 Pushups then 10 dips,and so forth, don't do 5 pullups then go do dips then back to the pullups, no just knock each one out at a time,then go go the next exercise, and never go over your aimed amount if it's 100 pullups your trying to complete in 30 mins,stick to 10,10,10,etc if it's 140 pullups then do 14 a set,never go over 14.

The way you progress is once 100 pullups,Pushups and dips becomes very achievable in 30 minutes,add reps go 120 pullups 150 dips,200 Pushups and once this becomes attainable to do in 30 minutes add more reps once again,but that 30 minutes NEVER changes no matter how many reps you get up to,and that's what I mean by you can never master this workout, you will get to a certain number that you can't get.

You wanna set your timer at 30 minutes and start off with 100 Pullups, 100 dips and 100 Pushups, the 30 minutes is a running clock it never stops and once the time is up you must stop the workout.

So you want to do all your sets in 10 obviously 10x10x10,do your 10 pullups first then Pushups and then dips,never do 5 pullups then some Pushups then some dips then back to the pullups,No,you want to knock each one out completely then move to the next.

Rest periods are up to you,but remember that timer is still ticking.

Once you are able to complete 100,pullups,100 dips and 100 Pushups in 30 minutes or less,you up your reps,maybe go to 120 pullups,150 dips and 200 Pushups, but the 30 minutes remains the same!

Once that becomes easy enough to do it in 30 minutes you up the reps again,and that 30 minutes always remains,that way you can never master the workout.

Do you understand now?

i've been upping my pushups and dips and sit ups...trying to get more into dips, just feels awkward.

Pullups tho :huhldup:

The pull ups slowed me way down:snoop:

I was quick with everything else:leostare:


I've known they been a sticking point for awhile though:yeshrug:, got a weighed dip built 3 weeks ago and been going hard on it:whoo:

Yea pullups slowed me down at first as well,but you'll get used to it no doubt.

And you still lifting as well or no?
