Essential Calisthenics Thread

fukk naw breh just trying to get motivated to try these workouts. I know the truth about calisthenics and this thread got me in my feelings beating myself up for putting off doing them for so long.
I don't lift or do calisthenics. I mean I do our lil bullsh!t that we do in the boxing gym but that's it. Gotta step my game up, and this thread is a real wake-up call.

Are y'all warming up or do y'all just jump straight into the workout?

Also downloaded the freeletics app.. Should i fukk with that first? Or should i start with the workout in this thread or both?

Bear in mind.. I am quite fit.. But new to the calisthenics game (i.e. Not too strong)

I jump straight in,calisthenics is actually a warm up,but instead of it being a warm-up its a workout.

School and an ankle injury slowed me down but I'm about to get back to it.

I still don't have an answer for all those high reps tho. My mind wanders to easily and I start slacking.

is the official routine still on the 1st page or have you made updates?

Nope,no updates breh,the workout stays the same, until you get stronger, then you simply just add more reps,but keep that time limit the same.

Been reading this thread since last year. Today I will follow through with your routine @Originalgangsta317 I have been doing my push-ups and pull ups off and on. I rememberedthis thread and made a promise to myself and my wife to get it poppin lol

This routine seems legit! Will keep yall up to date.
