I can vouch for this. Been weightlifting since I was 16 and I'm 22 now, but it was getting to where I was getting "too" big.
Tried this to switch up the routine and I'm pleased

Glad someone else see's this workout is the real deal and legit,I'm trying to start a trend and show people the weights are cool, but this workout here is where it's at,but glad you like it and gonna keep doing it bruh
Felt the burn when I woke up.
I made some chickpeas, brown rice, carrots and chicken breasts to eat for the rest of the week.
