I can vouch for this. Been weightlifting since I was 16 and I'm 22 now, but it was getting to where I was getting "too" big.

Tried this to switch up the routine and I'm pleased:leon:the pump is great and it's giving me that more athletic look I'm going for.

I'm still 5'10 208 around 15% bf

And yes the pump you get from this, comes way faster than it would if you did weights

Well it all depends on the better shape you get in,when I was incarcerated I only could do it 2 times a week and gradually it grew from there,but now I can do it 5 days a week if I wanted to,but I lift weights so I only do it 2 times,But starting May I'm going to strictly do this and drop the weights until September, and see if my strength increases like it did when I did this while incarcerated

At the moment im trying to hit 300 reps thru out the day after i get home from work and with my kids. Monday i did 300 dips. Yesterday i got up to 200 pull ups and today ill knock out as many as i can with push ups cause thats the easiest of the 3 for me. I start with sets from about 4 til like 8 then shower and sleep

As a former soccer player n Bball player:flabbynsick: been knowing bout this calisthenics for a hot min now but never really gave it a thought bout actually wanting to do it until I peeped this thread. This really got me motivated, never really was consistent with the gym but I always maintained my athletic body due to my eating habit. So I already knw the battle is half won

I'm bout to put in some serious work these next few months...

back on the wagon. Did 250 bodyweight squats in 30 minutes about an hour ago. I plan on doin timed high reps with squats and pushups on alternating days. I'm working it into my schedule during my deload week so my body can get used to it again without weights on the schedule.
