Cool man today I am not as sore as I thought I'd be. So I am going in later tonight. Your pull up sets are ridiculous if a person can do 15 pull ups they already in good shape imo. The dips the same depending on how your doing dips, if your dipping from a bench with your arms then that's easy work if your doing it on a bar and pulling your numbers that's damn good.
Push ups I can keep knocking out sets same with squats, my legs are strong. After doing those damn pull ups and dips then that's where I start to struggle.
My sets were
Push Ups 30, 20, 20, 20, 20
Pull Ups 10, 10, 10, 10
Squats 30, 30, 20,20,27
Dips 15, 10, 10, 5
I did them in that order 1 set of each in a rotation. Maybe took a minute between sets, to finish with your numbers going to be doing some insanity type of grinding.
