Yea it's real deal,that's why I still do it,but just keep at it and stay consistent breh and I guarantee you,that you will be very strong and see great results breh,if you have any questions, just ask

Cool man today I am not as sore as I thought I'd be. So I am going in later tonight. Your pull up sets are ridiculous if a person can do 15 pull ups they already in good shape imo. The dips the same depending on how your doing dips, if your dipping from a bench with your arms then that's easy work if your doing it on a bar and pulling your numbers that's damn good.

Push ups I can keep knocking out sets same with squats, my legs are strong. After doing those damn pull ups and dips then that's where I start to struggle.

My sets were
Push Ups 30, 20, 20, 20, 20
Pull Ups 10, 10, 10, 10
Squats 30, 30, 20,20,27
Dips 15, 10, 10, 5

I did them in that order 1 set of each in a rotation. Maybe took a minute between sets, to finish with your numbers going to be doing some insanity type of grinding.

Yea,but remember I started out slow as well,it took time and dedication to get those numbers,and yes I do a rotation and rest,but my rest periods are maybe 10-15 seconds and then I'm right back at it,it's more mental than physical,always remember that.

Thanks Breh I am defiantly feeling it this morning. Just read over my message and I did 210 squats not dips. I tried to focus more on the push ups and using the dips for rest as I did a extra set than the push ups. Got a lot riding on this workout fam, don't have no time to hit the gym do to work and family.

Just skimming over work outs the other day thinkin do I get back into Insanity or try something else and saw this thread. I am similar size to you when you first went I'm 5'5 140.

Glad I could help you out,it's a solid workout and takes no time to do,and yes I was around 145-150,but I'm 6'1 you're 5'5,so I was alot skinnier than you lol
