Essential Calisthenics Thread

I'm highly interested in trying this. I got a recipe book online of prison commissary recipes. I want to make them fancier and also release a work out pamphlet of jail house exercises. I wouldn't sell it. I'd just give it away to young brothers so they be fit for cheap and know how to make a meal out anything. From training soccer players I realized athletes are divas. They need a trainer. A gym. And an instudctor to do anything. Some people come back from doing bids in great shape mentally and physically. I doubt the average person has the mental toughness of a somebody who got locked up. But if those locked up can do it with bare minimum tools. Anyone should be able to who's free.

Try it breh,you won't be disappointed, shyt is good money,all around the board.

And yea some of the most in shape and best looking people body wise I have ever seen was guys I was incarcerated with,that's why I say even though I lift them weights to a certain extent are overrated,protein shakes and all these supplements are very overrated, and overtraining is underated.

But the fitness community has been pushing these lies for so long its easy for one to get confused,calisthenics can really build you an extremely solid base and great physical strength

Bout to get back on my bodweight routine. Had to join a gym 2 years ago because having a family fukks up my focus especially when my girl
Talking my ear off while im trying to get them reps or my kids diving on my back :russ:

Yea breh I lift weights to make sure I'm good all around the board,but calisthenics is where it's at

Currently trying to do this shyt. Body was already sore. Only on the 4th set of pull ups and dips... Worst mistake ever
