When I first got to the joint,I was about 145 pounds,I couldn't bench 135,so I was pretty weak.

My first year locked up I did straight calisthenics

Here was my routine:

Grab the stop watch and set it at 30mins and start it

I started off trying to complete 100 pullups,150 dips,150 body squats and 200 pushups within 30 mins or less, and everytime it got easier I added 2 reps to the pullups,5 reps to the dips, and 10 reps to the pushups and body squats. The best I ever got up to was 180 pullups,400 dips,450 pushups and 300 body squats in 30 mins, and knocked out 1,000 pushups every saturday in 45 mins.

The pushups and dips were done together, take a 5 min break, then the pushups and bodysquats were done together, and the 1,000 pushups saturdays were done alone.

For a year straight I did this with NO WEIGHTS and it cut me up something serious and gave me long wind,I was strong and in great shape, the first time I went back to the bench press I hit 135 like it was nothing, hit 225 easily and got a one rep of 300 pounds.

My squat, was about 275 ATG and 310 in the bucket(Prison slang for squating and making your butt touch the flat bench or a chair.)

But after I picked up the weights,I no longer did this crazy routine anymore,as I loved the weights.

But I just started this back up and started back from scratch and got 100 pullups,150 dips,150 body squats and 200 pushups in 20 mins breh's.

Try this, any questions feel free to ask.
op wanna elaborate on this more, about to say fuk this powerlifting shyt my stats are good enough.

Breh if you follow exactly how I did it you'll always be challenged, keep the time limit at 30 mins but always up the reps, you can never master this workout if you stay true to yourself and do this honestly, you can add weight to it if you want, but this workout can never be mastered if you do it correctly

i know apart from the 30 mins things

like how do i set this up

do i do like 100 pulls up in one go? or do i do like 10x10 reps/sets with some little resting in between each set?

Lol bro you do wateva you feel is best for you but you gotta complete 100 pullups,100 dips,200 Pushups and 100 bodyweight squats in 30 mins. You never stop the 30 min clock ever,so you'll figure out how much you should rest between each set, because if you rest to long you won't complete the challenge.

Then if you are able to hit that quota, then you do 120 pullups,120 dips,120 bodyweight squats and 250 Pushups in 30 mins and if you get that increase again and again but the 30 mins never changes.

I would just work my way up to 10 reps, then when 10 reps becomes too easy add more weight,I never tried it that way,but that's what I would do if I did
i just tried this...fukk

in 30 mins all i could do was 83 pulls-up 95 dips 75 squats and 45 pushups

the fatigue my body feels is ungodly:wow:
