Some people are just naturally athletic breh,shyt most people remember having to do pullups and Pushups in gym class and some kids were able to do pullups, some weren't.

Like I said start off where you feel comfortable, if you gotta start off with 50 pullups 100 dips and 100 Pushups so be it,don't compare yourself to nobody else because that will only discourage you,work your way up,but make sure you do as much as you can in 30 minutes and don't cheat yourself.

This is only to help people.

I lift using Michael o'hearns seven sets of three plan.
Except I cluster all my lifts together with no rest.
Only adaptation to the seven of three idea is.
I do ten sets of max reps.

Imo, telling people calisthetics.
that do not involve heavy weights.
Complete with simple effective volumizing and cutting effects and motions is a waste of time.
only exercise without weights.
I would tell anyone to do is flat bench based crunchs with no incline and no weight.
Where they only do twelve crunchs a set to close out their sets, starting out.

Work smart not hard,....

All that over excessive over training is ridiculous.
If, you not on a tub of bullshyt.
Plus, will make you hit the wall.
Including I feel any and every bit of advice in the fitness world. except for somebody who is not into the real fitness world or business is on some form of unnatural volumizer or roids.
As, none of the shyt they say in the books, is actually real.
I feel all of fitness is a bonafide lie.
As far as info from the pros.
or any advice involving the industry.
Plus, the work they say is effective.
Imo, is all coded for steroids and I don't do none of that diet bullshyt.
or any of the over excessive health shyt.
Plus, I am bigger than most guys who lift and don't be doing none of that over obsessive crazy shyt they do.
All that shyt, if I do it is some add day bullshyt.
To me just to cause muscle confusion and give my body a bit of shock.
Which I never really do and if I am in a real gym.
Guys be like how the fukk you lifting all that but you lazy, but I can't do all that shyt... But it is easy and I am lazy, and I kinda make guys mad with the small amount of shyt I do.
Yet, I just discovered the chest code with the shyt and I don't say much to no one, but i have hordes of inquiries.


I am typically most and even bigger.
than my cousin who was locked down in the feds, for a decade plus.
Plus, his bench was higher at 400.
He nowhere near me now at all.


I am smaller than my other cousin, who is a rilla but never knocked.
he earned a pro card and is all natural and owned a cross fit gym
Even he says I am way bigger and we laugh about the little bullshyt I do.

when I typically show up at any gym.
In any town, people in the gym ask me what and why I did so little.
Yet, I was bigger. Plus, why I did certain exercises and eliminated. all exercises on machines that are over exertion based, and will hurt you in the long run for the marathon of fitness powerbuilding.
Any exercise that over exerts my core, I usually phase out if it is new and I don't like the aesthetic.
now, granted my physiques of success are basically a black guy who looks like.
A Jim lee slash bridgeman physique that resembles Michael o'hearn in the later stages.
In the earlier stages I want to be seid to reinholzer to o'hearn or mentzer.

Past o'hearn I use mike mentzer as a guide and most importantly the best guide is the mirror, and the muscle mind extension attachment and response.

I find it funny nikkaz who were not even in the gym section when it was just cool tha kid by himself and me every blue moon.
Are tryignf o tell other people what and how to do this shyt.
Plus, be talking some egghead software shyt and I could tell someone a simpler way.
To get bigger and way more cut and jacked and do considerably less on some lazy shyt.
While, easily being the best aesthetically built human in the entire area that day.

Oh I can up pix when I am injured and can't lift for ten weeks.
Yet, I am that far ahead and do so little.
My body still had its aesthetics.
Plus, ten weeks later I only lost static incline and closed grip bench.
While still maintaining strength in every other heavy power based lift, with no fall off or loss of static.

Right now, I been back with no missed days since the third week in October, last year.
I only work out three days a week period, on some lazy shyt.
Like right now, I got ten sets to do, for my Sunday workout and it is a psyche myself up day to knock it out and I am on complete, I mean complete fatboi slob eating sphinx and mickies d ass bullshyt.
Yet, I could go in the mirror and look like the body of Jeff seid right now.
Plus after I knock out this set of ten clusters on some bullshyt.
I will have a stoopid doofus pump and get bigger.
Plus, eat some more sphinx and mcdonalds.
before I go to bed and still not be fat and have a sixteen pack, with all the obliques and cuts people say is competition ready.

I know cause you do high rep calisthetics.
I could give a guy two loose fifteen pound dumbbells and get them.
The lean physique someone ready for heavy lifting.
With all the cuts and the actual physique and look with only one exercise.
Plus only doing it with a idgaf diet.
Of complete Americanized bullshyt meals and one protein packed veggie, a day.
After a year of this bullshyt,...they would have one of the better.
if not best physiques with no crunches.
Especially, if they were an ecto bodyframe type.

No I do calisthenics and lift weights:martin:

But you really have no clue on what you talking about,Calisthenics if done properly can get you as strong someone who lifts weights,not no powerlifting type shyt,but it can give you serious strength
