It depend on how you approach calesthinics

if you still following progressive overload you can get bigger without having traditional barbells/dumbbell/machine exercises

You could fill a empty milk jug with sand and strap them bytches to a belt and do pullups and dips :mjgrin:

Not everyone wants to be huge:yeshrug:Calisthenics are more maintainable as well. You can do a short circuit workout at home and not worry about driving your ass to the gym. After all, it’s all about consistency at the end of the day.
