They're requesting a lot of people to interview. Making this difficult for no reason.
Eh, I've got no problem on them kicking the tires as long as a guy like Johnson is the priority. Nothing wrong with getting insights from other minds around the league as long as they don't do no dumb shyt like lose out on Ben because they want to interview some random.

It's weird to me, for this job to be 1 of 32 in the world, how do you really have so many options?

No multi-million/billion organization operates like this when hiring director level executives or CEOs.

They vet who they really are interested in or they groom from within and act. Imagine setting up and doing 10+ interviews for the same position that is so vital to success?

They did all this dumb shyt during the OC search last year and still hired the wrong guy

True.

Doing to much.

:mjlol:

I SEE THAT PACKERS WIN
GOT THOMAS BROWN AN INTERVIEW.

THIS FAKE INTERVIEW HELPS HIS CAREER GOING FORWARD MUCH BETTER
THAN THEM JUST TOSSING HIM
IN THE BUSHES AFTER THE SEASON ENDED.

I LIKE MIKE MCCARTHY AS A CANDIDATE...
PROVEN OFFENSIVE MIND
WHO CAN GUIDE A YOUNG QB

Nah because it opens it up to them picking the wrong person. All we need is one of these guys that isn't ready to have a great interview and we're stuck with another DC like Eberflus.

I didnt learn anything from the press conferences today, not sure what I expected, but very meh. I guess the question of Poles job security is gone now though. Just need to wait & see how this coaching hire plays out.
