Yeah Poles has to go. He fleeced Carolina, but Carolina is about to have the same record as the Bears. So he didn't fleece anybody.

the panthers trade is literally the only thing he has done well.

Defense is a top 3 paid unit and is also fukking trash.

realistically the defense needs another cb2 after spending a 2nd on Stevenson. Or maybe the scheme is so ass and outdated rique will look better in a diff one, I would hope its the latter because he looks so out of place so often.
