So apparently the minicamp in the offseason was easy, which led to this shytstorm with Waldron. Flus has done no accountability until someone proverbially grabbed his collar and now he's dumping the OC and is trying not to blame players.

Can we get this man outta here?

Yeah they need to break protocol, or tradition or whatever the fukk and fire a head coach for the 1st time during the season.

I think its pretty obvious waldron how no idea how to use his current tools. Same shyt with getsy bears keep hiring these dudes who think they got the greatest scheme on earth that will circumvent any personnel when u look at other good teams and they tailor they offense to what the qb does well.

Im really curious what they saw in this dude during interviews

I asked Keenan Allen why things didn't work with Shane Waldron here at Halas Hall: "I would say just probably he was too nice of a guy. I think during OTAs, training camp, he kind of fell into a trap of letting things go, not holding people accountable. Obviously those things lead to a slippery slope."

The Chicago OC job was terrible for long-term outlook because of Eberflus being on the hot seat

After drafting a QB with the first pick, it doesn't make sense to continue with Eberflus, who has shown he's not a good head coach and can barely get the defensive side right
