Coach his college QB that was going to be the #1 pick? Defintiely. He'd be walking into a situation where he already has a good relationship with the franchise QB, knows how to maximize his potential. Eberflus gets fired he has a good chance of interviewing for the top spot or at the very least, interview for other positions who just saw him have a good year with a young QB.

I'd say his play trumps locker room issues.
How many times has Caleb made an audible or a check that was wrong that made everybody else look like ass? How many times does that happen before his teammates are like aight man, maybe you aren't ready. Pair that with him being so inaccurate, I can see guys looking around like you supposed to be nicer than this

I don’t know. This is worrisome. I would think the vets would understand that a rookie QB will need time to ramp up on the field. If players seriously went to Poles / Flus about changing QBs, it seems to suggest something other than on field play is the issue
