Reverse discrimination isn’t a thing, reverse racism isn’t a thing. :mjlol:

Cacs crying because some brehs got a deserved promotion. When you realise how that mad that is. :mjpls:

For many cacs fair and balanced promotions is hell on Earth. :mjpls:
As they say, equality is oppression for them when they’ve coasted on being mediocre, something I’m sure many professional brehs and brehettes have witnessed in corporate work life. :mjpls:

Some Black people, unfortunately, buy into Affirmative Action being the sole reason for advancement. Not sure if they know they do it, either.

During the diaspora wars the past few years, one of the most repeated phrases was that Black foreigners were taking slots meant for others in college admissions.
Implication being that neither the immigrant or the native born Black would/could get into the school on his own merits.

Always raised my eyebrow to read that. Still does.

I love how people like you omit the disrespect and bullshyt while pretending your people can here with a dollar to their name, while miraculously overcoming white supremacy in America because we don't work hard.

The thread about the white woman coughing on shoppers at the store; she got fired from SAP. They found her LinkedIn page and I guess judging from her job title she was making 6 figures.

now how in the world would someone that stupid (dumb enough to go around coughing on people) climb the ladder of success? It damn sure ain’t her smarts. The most mediocre white person can fail upwards into a 6 figure job but yeah sure, reverse discrimination is the problem here.

They out here taking jobs away from good qualified white people to give to us? Haha if anything we’re better because we have to work harder and get more accolades just to get in at the ground floor.

Somebody clean up this quote for me, it goes something like “when you’ve benefitted from privilege all your life, equality feels like punishment/injustice”. The playing field is not as one sided as it used to be so now y’all wanna cry foul because you have to compete with not only your people but minorities get a shot too. It feels unfair to you. Cry more.

Equality feels like oppression when you are accustomed to privilege is the quote you’re looking for.

that's not the implication.

the implication is that there is an inelastic number of seats for each "race", each admission cycle.
