use it in the same context that they would shoot a white person in the face for using "******/nikka" in the same context

they rationalize it by using any number of dumb ass excuses when they're really just using it to demean another race or to sound cool and edgy.

What's the point of hiding behind shyt like "white people do it they been doing it for 400 years" if you hate having it done, why do it? if whitey is satan, why be like whitey?

No black person here would EVER tolerate a white person even saying "nikka" with the "correct spelling meaning it doesn't mean ****** and Im black so I can say it"... ESPECIALLY if they said "I was just joking".

No black person would ever tolerate some white person saying "****** is a mispronunciation of Niger we ain't meanin no harm, boy!" (and yes, I know there's 5 billion different explanations of the word and I could care less)

and yeah I know I'ma prolly get blasted out the water with negs and -reps or get overly articulated responses from well meaning faux militants explaining why I should be fine with it. Or insulted. or even worse, tl;dr.

but facts is facts. "400+ years of oppression" and all that... we as a people believe there's no excuse for racism towards us.

There are plenty of white people on this board calling themselves cac. There are plenty of white people on this board posing as black people and calling themselves and others nikka and cac. There are plenty of black people on this board just n to get a rise out of people.

Point is it's all a joke. Outside a couple super militant posters (who probably aren't even black) no one takes this shyt seriously. There is no real hate hear, just jokes. I have a problem when people compare it to st0rmfr0nt, or say it's just like white people saying nikka because its not. It is a running joke on this website that some people take too serious.

It doesn't change the fact that several black posters have admited they would never use the word "Cracker" or "Cracker/Crazy Ass Cracker" in their real life or place of employment, so they come home and use it on the internet. Joke or Not.

Maybe st0rmfr0nt is a bad example, seeing as they proudly label themselves a racist site, but I remember plenty of people bytching about the invading site using the word "******" nonchalantly when that mess happened in the old site. And they were right in their criticism too.

That person would be insensitive or maybe ignorant to the history of pain associated with the word. But I wouldn't call them hateful or a racist.

I wasn't there so I know nothing about the old site. But what I can say about here is that it's very informal and most people are here just to clown and talk shyt. There is plenty of stuff said here that wouldn't apply to or be appropriate in real life.

The only white people who qualify as the "not doing anything to black people in real life" types are the ones who are actively trying to eliminate insitutionalized racism/white supremacy. Unless you're a white person who is actively trying to change the system then you're part of the problem. You're supporting the system if you're not trying to change it.
