The history behind the word is not nearly as bad as the history behind other racial slurs. It wasn't meant to dehumanize people on anywhere NEAR the same level as the n word and it was even in use by WHITE folks to talk down to OTHER white folks. Even if you're white and someone calls you a CAC here, you'll be able to get over that easily by turning on the TV and seeing the thousands of images of your people succeeding at everything or bustin out one of the hundreds of history books that paints your history in a positive light. You'll be able to get over it pretty easily.

People using it here are using it like they would the term nikka. Just like someone can be a dumb nikka someone can be a dumb cac. Even then you have to keep in mind that we're using the n word without the "e r" part. That is intentional. People would feel really uncomfortable if posters were running around with "******" this and "******" that even if they're black for sure. I'm willing to bet if a poster who proved his blackness by showing a pic of himself started running around enunciating the n word, his ass would probably get banned. People can call whites Crackers, honkies, peckerwoods, whatever but they don't(well except for maybe a FEW posters) because there is not a strong HATRED for whites even though one could argue that you can get a pass to hate on any race, if its the race that they've been opressed by.

I'm not in favour of racism from any side, but we have to keep it 100% here.
