Nah, I’m not sure the bolded piece is it at all. I have a sneaking suspicion It’s either about being the center attention or whittling down the issues of others to a state of perceived hypocrisy. It’s like when they say stuff like, “why do y’all have BET? If we had a white entertainment y’all would complain, so how’s that fair?” They don’t actually care about the reasoning behind the making of BET. Been saying this for years. Let them see Boyega with a blonde haired blue eyed chick, they would be losing their minds. But because he prefers women who look like any woman from his parents village its a problem. These are the same men who randomly ask women on dates and in general "have you ever been with a black man?" hoping her answer would be no, cos as they always say once you go black we don't want you back.
