wouldnt say they did him dirty ... they didnt send him to Utah man, sent him to the biggest city in the world to play with Melo/Zingis in the Garden ... not like they didnt have to put the franchise on hold for his injuries either

it sucks, but to say they did him dirty is a stretch ...

They left him a voice mail & didn't even give him reason why it happened :snoop: A nikka who pull the bulls outta the dark ages and back into popularity, A nikka who had the city on his back, A nikka who played his all to point where he got injured :to:Chicago's Son..... shyt ain't have to end like that... They should've let him leave gracefully, thats if he wanted to leave.

Its also been said he wasnt answering his phone from the Bulls all summer ... he prob didnt fukk with the front office :yeshrug:

i didnt want it to end this way either, but the FO didnt feel comfortable giving him another max next summer with his injury history

honestly, all parties might be better off with this trade

because if he played here next season, and then didnt want to come back, you would have the whole city hating on DRose for not wanting to be back here

this way, it can just all be pinned back on the FO and Rose skates away looking good

Yeah, it was said they got his voicemail, so they called BJ right after.

Were they not supposed to trade him until Rose decided to pick up his phone?

300 murders a year
as i stated earlier

in my slim charles voice

"dont matter who did what to who now"

"fact is we went to war, and if its a lie, we fight on that lie"

so regardless of whatever happened to rose, (still think our flexibility would have been better letting him walk, but i digress) you pick a lane of what to do post rose and go hard after it, not seriously sit out here looking like we just going to fall back and go through the nba bargain bin once again and sign the nba equivalent of the size 17 dookie green pumas tied together by the plastic string. we seem to be building like we are just trying to make the playoffs instead of contend for a title.

Pacers got Al Jefferson so we can scratch him off our list of targets :troll: I'm just really :francis: about our upcoming season. They seem to be doing the right thing so far, not blowing all their cap space early. Now the next step is to play your young guys and tank.

I think rebuild vs retool depends on what we do next year in free agency. @Brozay said we'll have like 70 mil in cap space. Let's see what the good ol boys do with that...

Of course, We know not to get excited, but our plans for the future should be clear by then

Bulls playing it smart right now tbh

If DRose doesn't have a good year in NY, and the Clippers fall apart like they always do next season, Knicks will make a huge play for CP3 probably(Melo connection), and then Blake would have to be looking to leave LA for a better team. We could be in a positon to make a huge run at him

Let's also hope KD does the one year thing in OKC. That means him and Westbrook would be on the open market neXT summer. We need as many high level UFA on the market as possible next summer to maximize our chance at getting one

Hoping we can get Moore on a reasonable deal right now and then hit the trade market with Taj/Niko/Doug

I actually do like Harkless, he's an athletic defender that is still only 23.. 6'8, 7 foot wingspan ...

Have to make sure Portland wouldn't match

Portland just signed Turner to 75M and probably prioritize Crabbe over Harkless

He might be gettable

Noon: Details on three Panthers signings; Drama with Wade negotiations; Whiteside staying with Heat; Heat dealing with backcourt issues, plus Wade, shooter search, Deng; UM, Dolphins, Marlins, Panthers | Sports Buzz

If the Heat cannot sign Crawford or another one of the better free agent shooters (such as Mirza Teletovic or Jared Dudley), it will consider trading for Chicago’s Mike Dunleavy, who will make $4.8 million next season. Dunleavy, 35, returned from back surgery in February and started 30 games; he shot 40.7 and 39.4 percent on threes the past two seasons.
Get him out of here:camby:
