Re-sign Noah at a decent price or nah?

depends on if Jimmy stays imo but if its my choice Jimmy stays Noah walks

All this damn behind the scenes drama

Even when Mike was here, the Bulls front office and locker room was a mess

Team had ecf expectations and was sold as a team that could win it all and that hoiberg was the coaching needed to take the team to the top ala golden state warriors.

When they realized early that this wasn't the case locker room divide will always happen when a team is falling way short of expectations. So none of this surprises me. I wouldn't even look at it deep, winning cures all.

Team comes out 18 and 5 and 1st in the east and next thing you know it's selfies and reports of everybody loving eachother hoiberg in the back milly rock'n and shyt.

The key is just re tooling the roster and implementing a effective offense and re establishing a defensive identity.

New coach Fred Hoiberg watched video and didn't think Noah and Pau Gasol played well together. He wanted to try bringing one of them off the bench and knew Noah was the right candidate because he wouldn't complain.

It was mentioned here a few weeks ago how much Noah's absence contributed to the Bulls' second-half slide. The Bulls apparently agree and have decided to make re-signing Noah a high priority this summer, according to a team source.

When he spoke to reporters after his shoulder surgery, Noah wouldn't comment specifically on his free-agent status but mentioned a few times that this is all he knows as an NBA player.

Obviously, that means he's comfortable in Chicago and is interested in staying.

It's also possible Noah holds the key to the Bulls' ability to make a free-agent splash this summer. One of the top players on the market will be Atlanta's Al Horford, Noah's former teammate at Florida.

After the Bulls played the Hawks on March 28 at the United Center, Noah and Horford had a long conversation. Did they talk about playing together next season? Who knows, but it's a path the Bulls should explore.

The Bulls also could pursue the third wheel from the Gators' two national championship teams, Houston swingman Corey Brewer. His contract is a tough one, with $15 million spread over the next two years, but Mike Dunleavy and Tony Snell might get it done, since that trade would save the Rockets some money.

Those moves are wishful thinking right now. It all starts with convincing Noah to stick with the Bulls.

And I can't see horford turning down a max. At that age you have to take the deal. Just like noah needs to take a deal if a team offers him 15 mill. They would be stupid not to. And we would be stupid to pay that much for either of them

If we were serious about becoming that grit and grind defensive team we used to be, I would be somewhat intrigued with going this route. Then iso jimmy iso rose and iso horford would be fine cause we locking you up and killing you on the glass to make up for our mediocre offense.

I just don't think these guys know what the hell they are going to do.

Not a huge fan of horford and Noah front court

If fred is gonnabe head coach. .. I Would much rather see those $$$ thrown at Batum
