The issue is not point guard play imo we don't need someone to come in pound the ball and set players up

The issue imo is fred failed to implement a motion offense and teach players how to move without the ball. Outside of the few pau to jimmy cuts, or rose hitting pau at the top of the key, what was really implemented in the offense outside of iso ball?

Have to do more than just kick out to 3pt shooters. Whoever we have on the roster must learn to get away from thibs simplified offense and move, set screens even 2-3 picks etc. This is what I thought hoiberg would bring to the team.

BTW noah at point center got exposed heavily in that wizards series. And pounding the ball always gets exposed. Fred has to step up and do what he was brought in to do.

Pax in that press conference said Fred need to figure out what kinda coach he want to be. Basically saying dude need to drop his nuts and make dudes honor him and his offense, an offense we stopped running around December after Pau and Jimmy complained about it.

Jimmy will have the ball the majority of the time and rose will be off the ball. They pushing him out the door. You heard him earlier this year .. He just out there trying not to fukk nothing up. I hate it had to be him:francis:

Which is why he'll never be anything but a liability on offense in our system.

Yet we've seen where we are without his defense, leadership, and intangibles.

I want to see him on our squad again next year, just hope the FO isn't throwin out wack shyt like "point-center" as incentive for him to resign. Depending on our bench unit, I could see it working
