When you work out, you create health (and that’s wealth for real) on the inside. The outside (looking good, chicks checking for you is a side effect, if you make THAT the goal it will undoubtedly be harder to stay at it).

Did you try doing cardio after waking up? It’s a great moment to do so (if you want to cut) since your body will use the stored fat as energy.

I think you’re doing great, try to compliment yourself also, don’t speak negatively about yourself - you’re doing so much more than most
I’m gonna try out some quick cardio when I wake up. A few squats push-ups and a plank hold.

25 squats

5 sets of 10 push-ups

30 sec plank

What are you doing programming wise?
Same as what I outlined earlier in the thread

Heavy-Stretch-Pump

This time to spread out the volume I do 20x4 (light weight) and one heavy set per body part

The 20 rep set decreases by 1 and the day set, for example if it’s a heavy day increases by one.

So next week it’ll be 20x3 and heavyx2 until week 4 when I take a week off to give my body a rest.

Stretch day good pump

Sleep has been horrible lately these mfers have been redoing my roof every morning from 8am - 5pm I only got like 3 hours of sleep on Monday

Honestly I don't see a difference. If you didn't tell me these pics were two months apart I would have thought you posted the same pic twice. I think you might need to re-evaluate your diet and workout. Just my opinion.

I already did both at the start of this thread. That’s why I still believe this is a hormonal issue.

Wait I just realized you said the other pic was from May 20th, that's not two months. I was thinking it was from when you first started. In that case i wouldn't expect to see a huge difference in those two pics. Do you have anything from when you started?
