Today’s workout was cool

Sometimes I wonder why I workout, which is to look good, and I question how much time I invest in this.

No workout week, just sat on the stationary bike for a bit and worked on some boxing footwork

My gyno was especially bad today - imma get this shyt removed in a couple years when I have the money. But damn idk about scarring and complications, I keloid very easily

My sleep has improved a bit too. Did a lil 1 min jog at the park today, sat on the exercise bike stare at ass at the gym, and ended with some stretches

I’m enjoying the reset week

When you work out, you create health (and that’s wealth for real) on the inside. The outside (looking good, chicks checking for you is a side effect, if you make THAT the goal it will undoubtedly be harder to stay at it).

Did you try doing cardio after waking up? It’s a great moment to do so (if you want to cut) since your body will use the stored fat as energy.

I think you’re doing great, try to compliment yourself also, don’t speak negatively about yourself - you’re doing so much more than most

Haven’t tried that, I don’t have a lot of space rn so if I did do cardio it would have to be like push-ups/sit-ups/squats

Rn I’m on a no lifting week so the cardio has to be really mild

Did a little bit more boxing training. Mild cardio - I’m trying to learn how to box been watching a few videos piecing things together
