Ok

Dude ain't exactly Pat Riley or Pop.

His shyt talking could poison future relationships with players
I know if Im a young player Im thinking wtf is wrong with this guy, crying on the floor. :what: If he feels comfortable going on national media to try to throw Lebron under a bus when it doesnt even make sense, what's he gonna say about me?

Breh got a ring and made money and we're supposed to feel sorry for this cac :heh: nikkas got bigger problems than what he's crying about.

He can always get another job in the NBA cuz of that 1 ring. And he got that ring cuz of the same man he's bytching about. :umad:suck it up cracka
Where did he ask for pity?

He spoke his truth on the situation. Like two years ago when they had George Hill and Rodney Hood etc... When the trade was first made the media was commending the moves. When it didn’t work out it turned to “Bron doesn’t have any help”. When they had got IT, wade, Rose etc.. the moves were commended. When it didn’t work out it turned to “Lebron doesn’t have any help”

That’s the media’s M.O. When Bron wins he’s better than Jordan and the GOAT. When he loses they look for other people to blame.

Niqqas in here are embarrassing. They would co-sign the Klan so as long as they fulfilled their confirmation bias. Thats why these agents in black face thrive in here.

These dudes in here continue to show that they hate Lebron more than anyone they call stans love him.

Why didn’t he say anything about Kyrie or K Love? :jbhmm:

Players are smart enough to know that he is SPECIFICALLY speaking about Lebron here. And if you need proof of that look up Durant and PG13s quotes on the media’s treatment of Lebron vs their treatment of his teammates.

This is some weird-ass caping.

Griff wasn't the President of Basketball Operations for the Suns, Steve Kerr was. Griffin was the Vice President.

Griff didn't become the VP of Basketball Operations with the Suns until after the 2007 season. So most of their success was already in the rear-view mirror and the team was already together at that point.

After Griffin became VP of basketball operations, Suns only won two playoff series total....ever again.

These were the moves they made:

Drafted Rudy Fernandez, Alondo Tucker, and DJ Strawberry.
Sent Fernandez away for cash.
Traded away James Jones for cash.
Traded away Kurt Thomas for a 2nd-round pick.
Traded away Shawn Marion for old Shaq.
Signed old Grant Hill.

Lost in the 1st round

Let Mike D'Antoni walk and signed Terry Porter as head coach
Drafted Robin Lopez and Malik Hairston, then traded Hairston and a 2nd-round pick for Goran Dragic.
Signed Matt Barnes.
Signed Louis Amundson.
Traded away Raja Bell and Boris Diaw for Jason Richardson and Jared Dudley
Fired Terry Porter and made Alvin Gentry the head coach

Missed the playoffs for the first time since Nash joined the team

Drafted Earl Clark, Taylor Griffin, and Emir Preldžič.
Traded away old Shaq for old Ben Wallace, Sasha Pavlovic, and a 2nd-round pick
Signed Channing Frye.

Made the WCF then got swept by the Lakers.

Team hasn't made the playoffs since.

That's the shyt you were big-upping. Suns were already a good team by the time Griffin became VP of Basketball Operations, they pretty much only got worse after that. There were a couple good moves in there (getting rid of Porter early, drafting Lopez, trading for Dragic) but the bad ones were worse, and the team went downhill.

Maybe you can say that's not Griffin's fault cause he was only VP, not President of Basketball Operations or GM. But I don't know what the hell you're giving him credit for. And I actually like Griff.
The 2010 WCF was no sweep. Suns took the Lakers to 6 games, and Kobe had to save it from going 7:stopitslime:

We live in a country where we confront folks for feeling the way they feel all the time. Its often rooted in their own stupidity or self serving behavior. So yeah....this clown GM should be confronted about feeling the way he does because he reached the pinnacle of his career with the help of a player in an unorthodox relationship. Let a player be as nice as Lebron again be on his roster and see if that player not use his power.

This is the new NBA. Players have power. The “terror” this guy likely felt was a lack of complete control. Lots of ordinary white dudes feel like equality and being equals to those who they feel “should” be beneath them in rank feels like oppression. But yall dudes have no problem swallowing that dudes language. :mjlol:

Dont blame me for your shortsightedness in not thinking things through. This is beyond Lebron. I see this all the time in the world of business.

I dont see how giving a franchise its only ship os “terrorizing.” Im not lapping up some mediocre white dude language because he uttered it. At the end....We know it worked. Lets see this ordinary white dude have it end the same way again.

I survived a wave of layoffs with my previous employer until we had a new CEO who was worth a damn come in but made shyt hard on us because we werent accustomed to his unorthodox ways. At the end, the company became way more profitable and my salary increased as a result. You wont see me still bytching considering how much it helped me. Unless youre willing to say Bron didnt help this dude reach the pinnacle, there’s really nothing to say.

Change hurts for some. This dude is mediocre as hell and likely hated confronting a player with power. Hes likely one of those white dudes accustomed to complete power and couldnt handle it.

Thats who yall co-signing?
I’m co-signing his opinion, not his abilities. Did Lebron make him look good? Absolutely. Did David Griffin do the actual legwork to get the team he wanted? Absolutely.

This isn’t about someone who’s unorthodox; Lebron brings an entire crew of people who you are forced to give all-access to the facility, team plane, etc. that’s beyond unorthodox. Lebron is constantly looking to circumvent chain of command and process, used the media to undermine the organization and other players and doesn’t care about who it affects in the end. Even if he did win David Griffin a championship, that doesn’t mean he didn’t put him through the ringer.

Just look at what’s happening to him today just for him speaking on HIS experience.
