What does any of that have to do with the validity of his statement (and others who have worked with Lebron), though? He worked with him and his team daily for years, he has the right to speak his experience, regardless of if you think he’s good at his job or not.
I’d gather most of the people on this site work or have worked in corporate America, but that has zero to do with Lebron and his habit of terrorizing franchises.
