Family dollar and Savalot is within walking distance, 5-10 minute walk, it's the GOAT area to live in for black people in this part of town.

The hood, the city and I'm right in the middle.

It used to be that way but ever since the gentrification started hitting Dade crazy, Miami nikkas been having to move more North toward the other counties and been getting outta pocket.

You got nikkas from North Miami and the city who haven't lives there proper in years living in Palm Beam and Broward still reppin Miami sets and talking down.
