1. Which part of Miramar is not the hood, I want to probably move around that area?

2. How hard is it to get a legal firearm?

3. Are the demographics of black people in Broward 50% Haitian 50% ADOS? I still don't know how Haitians were able to monopolize on crime like that down there, here until recently here, they were being made fun alot and were talked about negatively and they would claim Jamaican growing up

3. Broward is probably 40% ADOS, 25% Haitian, 35% Jamaican, Trini, and other West Indian. Broward has a diverse grouping of black ppl. Overall, Broward is 26% Black of ANY ethnicity. 26% of Broward is black. Out of total county wide population of 2million. Broward is the 16th largest county in America.

Yeah West Miramar is not the hood but its gotten expensive as hell. Expect to pay a higher premium if you not used to it. You can find some decent apartments east of 75 for maybe 250k or less. Single family homes is more west of 75 but those might be a bit more. Market been going down lately cuz of the covid so might be able to get something decent. Rent can be about 2k a month depending on the community. Plus gotta factor in job location cuz a car is a must out here.

Sistrunk is so gentrified now :wow: back in the day you could be on the blvd and be able to see east going to federal clearly. Now there's a high rise and new high rises on the blvd. Danie, Liberia, Ranches all feeling the gentrification bug
