Yeah West Miramar is not the hood but its gotten expensive as hell. Expect to pay a higher premium if you not used to it. You can find some decent apartments east of 75 for maybe 250k or less. Single family homes is more west of 75 but those might be a bit more. Market been going down lately cuz of the covid so might be able to get something decent. Rent can be about 2k a month depending on the community. Plus gotta factor in job location cuz a car is a must out here.3 Questions
