How many black coaches get big time college jobs? What's the last black coach from college to jump straight to the nfl? Past few years you see it with matt rhule, kliff kingsbury.

didn’t say it has to be big time but are y’all really speaking against taking a HC position and that it wouldn’t benefit someone with no HC experience?

Cmon y’all.

City of Angels :blessed:
Caldwell got fired after winning in DETROIT, it’s probably the most egregious firing ever.

Hell the Bears fired Lovie Smith after a winning season for *checks notes* Marc Trestman? :scust:

Caldwell is definitely one of the most blatant ever. Career 62-50 record as a head coach, coached in a Super Bowl. 4 playoff appearances in 8 years.

But he's been somehow out the game 4 years? ANY white coach with that resume would be getting more opportunities.

Black coaches need to get together and speak out. There are so many great black coordinators (some with head coaching experience) that get no burn. But a car who has no coaching experience at all at any level has a better shot. How?

Owners are exposed on this one. Flores and Jim Caldwell are proof positive that the only time the NFL isnt 'results based' is when it comes to black HCs. What Flores is doing today, Caldwell could've done three years ago.

Winning is not enough with black HCs. Every time Tomlin doesn't make playoffs they want to fire him in Pittsburgh, even though he's never finished under .500.

Sh*t is sickening.
After this exposal Tomlin will be Teflon in Pitt until he himself is ready to retire

Kap shyt is completely different breh.

This is a class action suit, meaning anyone can get included that has similar claims.

Do you realize how many black coaches have been fukked over by the league?

This has the potential to change sports in general.

Don’t take it lightly.

Pour some positive energy into it.

That record doesn't even tell the whole story, he went 2-14 the year Peyton had his neck injury and the Colts tanked for Luck with Curtis Painter and washed up Kerry Collins.

60-36 in seasons where his team is actually competing. Winning 63% of his games is Reid, Tomlin, Payton territory.

Nobody said jay z was gonna change the league :russ:

jay put himself in the crosshairs when he downplayed what kap was doing. that was always my issue with his press conference alongside goodell. he could have done everything he's done since WITHOUT siding with the owners, without trying to speak for the players, and without speaking for all of us by saying "i think we've moved past kneeling. it's time for action."

he has affected change. but what he's done was never about the type of change that was going to benefit the players and coaches the NFL so easily marginalizes through the force of its own success. and he was wrong for inserting himself into that conversation. if people still wanna call him on it, he did that to himself.
