the poor man has no where near the bills you are correct, but who's quality of life is better? When you make money, bills happen to provide you with the quality of life you want. I do agree that if it all falls down, the poor man will be far better to adapt

Every other minority, even gays, promotes spending within their own community. Black americans are the only minority who uses their success to make others rich. fukk quality of life, it's about wealth building. You cant pass down a good job or the byproducts of quality of life to your children.

Yeah, this is true.
I lived within my means but still wasn't able to save that much because rent and gas/parking was high. I didn't go out to drink $5 lattes and wasn't wearing Hugo Boss suits every day. But, I think I was living better off than a poor person. I went to an okay gym, drove a regular car, and lived in a relatively low-crime neighborhood. Even though my car got stolen overnight, there weren't violent crimes happening on a regular basis where I lived.
Yeah, there are your overspenders but that's not everyone. Some of the women are caking and have stacks in the bank. Be a he-gold digger bruhs.

The poor man with no savings will be better off than the young professional with 2k because he has nothing to lose and nowhere near the monthly bills. Check to check lifestyles are harder to sustain the bigger the check, and the bigger the check the more it affects if it stops coming in. Whats the point of making money if you give it all back to the white man?

Actually, the government uses contractors for a lot of non-military federal agencies too.
I worked as a contractor with US Postal Service. It was a joke how much the US Gov't flushed down the toilet by hiring contractors.

I live in the DMV, and let me be the first to tell you DO NOT be fooled by the appearance of money. They all dress in expensive clothes, drive european cars, live in big houses, yet most have negative net worth. For all the talk of high-income blacks in the DMV, hardly any are building wealth or investing in businesses. Most live check to check, they just have a bigger check. I have met so many girls making 100k+ but never have more than a couple thousand in the bank, and thats only on payday.

Pretty much took the words out of my mouth. You have to remember, the bigger the house, the bigger the secret, and this will apply across the racial gambit.

DMV is a rather unique area, I still love the opportunity around here.

gov't has no accountability because they dont' actually have to earn money. they simply TAKE it from our paychecks. when someone doesn't have to earn money, they will never respect it. which is why you see so much frivolous spending going on in EVERY level of government these days.

Well, not everyone spends all they have. Some do and they are going to go bankrupt. Are there fools out there with their money. Yes. But there are also wise one.

Increasing one's debt with increased income is not just a black thing. It's a white thing too, but it's just defined as "trying to move up".

Blacks not the only race that do this. whites have big debt, multiple bankrupty cases and so 4th....this is not exclusive to Black Americans

This is actually a good question, comes to humanity. Some lower class blacks who chart middle class money or somewhat close to middle class money leave cities for suburbs, some do it because they think that is the American Dream some do it because they think living near "whites" will somehow adjust their status...it's like a mental thing.....I agree that we should remain in cities that are currently becoming gentrified and rebuild these areas......

instead of working to fix broken areas...some Black Americans would rather move out...it's almost like it's not built in them to stay and rebuild....again this is not exclusive to Blacks but this is a issue that needs addressing

And there are some people wtih secrets, those who max out on their mortgage, people who launder drug money, politicians getting money under the table.

And there are some people wtih secrets, those who max out on their mortgage, people who launder drug money, politicians getting money under the table.

Oh I totally agree, don't get me wrong, there are plenty of people established in the area, and there's quite a bit of old money in this area too. My anecdotal comes from what I've seen in areas like Loudoun and parts of Fairfax. I work in insurance, and there are people with 5,000 square foot homes that can't even tell me their monthly budget or have anything in a windfall account.
