If it ain't a common occurence, then it might be something off in your circulation/system that happened that you should think hard on. Were you bitten? Drank/ate anything weird? If it's been happening on a frequent, or more frequently as of late, it could by diabetic stuff. Best to get it check before a more prominent symptom displays and makes it harder to handle.

Real shyt....Amlodipine is one that can cause swelling.
OP needs to make sure his blood pressure meds are right for him. Also he may need some lifestyle changes like lowering sodium, high fat/high calorie and processed foods. Foods in America have too many chemicals and preservatives. Need to exercise more and eat cleaner.
