Been sampling a lot of difference fragrances recently and overtime this shyt start to become redundant to me a bit.

I think if you're a fanatic or hardcore fragrance lover you can appreciate the minor nuisances between a lot of these scent profiles and fragrances but for someone like me it's kinda lack luster considering the price point for some of these joints.

Like earlier I mentioned Xerjoff Richwood to me smells like a lighter and more mass appealing Oud Satin Mood.

I think the visual art equivalent to what I'm saying is shown below. Overall it's the same subject but different creative method of creating that subject on canvas. A casual fragrance collector like myself I wouldn't feel a need to have all these Mona Lisa painting or similar fragrances because overall it's the same subject/vibe just expressed differently. But in the same breathe I can see genuine fragheads (art lovers in this analogy) having all these paintings in their collection and appreciating all the artist works and nuisances.

TL:DR - It's levels to this cologne game and I don't see the need to have similar scent profiles in my collection but respect those that do.

Quick question: do yall still wear cologone? In what environment?
I think it’s vital for men to have a scent that represents them. I have Tom Ford’s book and they compliment just about everything about him but what stood out to me is that they say he always smells good that’s a goal I try to aspire to so even at the gym or a store run I’m throwing something on. I have casual colognes and special occasion colognes and for whatever season or mood I’m in.

This is hard to describe the scent.

Cherry is listed but there is no way I would pick out that note if it wasn’t listed.

This smells like a concoction of wine boiled in a cauldron with green plants, tree sap and cedar chips. This smells like something a king had a witch made for him to mesmerize the women in his kingdom.:ehh:

I treat fragrance as part of my wardrobe. I don’t treat it as something to try garner attention for only certain occasion.
