That's why I think I held off on it because Wesley Snipes is hit or miss for me.

Snipes is over the top, villian, comedian in this. Like someone had compared him to the joker. The movie however has some interesting themes, it's a parody/comedy/action flick. It's worth a watch if u are a fan of action films. It's one of the more original action movies of the 90s however.
