Trade for what? You’re not going to get even close to equal value for him in return. People would clown them anyways for the offer that they got in return just as they did with Philly and Fultz.
don't give a fukk

if he's such a bum and worthless to the warriors then how they cut losses is no one's problem but their own

if he's such a bust trade him already :why:
How the fukk do you think they can trade him when he’s barely played, and nobody (besides the organisation) truly knows what state his health is in?

Every team’s front office is hanging up the phone on them.

Warriors organization want to have players that can help Steph Klay and Draymond eventually age gracefully
When Steph is 36 conceivably these guys will be taught trained and prepared to help make it even easier for him as he gets older aka the spurs
Here's the many problems with this:

When you have Steph/Dray (and Klay, to a lesser degree), you maximize whatever time they have left as high-impact players. The Warriors will never have a core like this ever again. Wasting time and spots on developing players drastically lowers their chances of winning more rings; they can always rebuild once this core's window is shut, as there'll always be talent coming through. On the point of "helping them age gracefully" - Draymond is currently out with an injury that's from wear and tear over the years, now, that could've been avoided if they got the necessary front court help to ease his workload, but instead they put all their eggs in the basket of Wiseman who was lost in the system last season, and was a complete detriment to them winning games (GS sacrificed the first half of the season trying to develop him). They're reluctant to bring him back this season and throw him in at the deep end because he doesn't know the system. How is that helping Dray now? Steph, Klay and Dray need players that are ready to contribute now to help them "age gracefully", not two, three, four+ years from now.

To make matters worse, anybody paying attention knew Wiseman was a project and had a number of fundamental flaws where he needed a team to slowly develop on - that was never going to happen on this team.

Yeah in hindsight it was an awful awful move. Like you have to clean house with all scouts after that one.

Every now and then I think about how nasty Melo would have been on this team. It wouldn’t have been Durant Warriors level but it would have been serious.

The owner won't get rid of himself.

He was hurt, but now he isn’t.

They’re holding him out because he doesn’t know the system and don’t want to throw him in at the deep end, for his own sake and the sake of the team. I’d imagine he has some confidence issues too; everything has passed him by and he’ll end up going into his third season essentially as a rookie.

If that’s the case let him back up looney until he knows the system
He was always going to back up Looney; he was never going to replace Looney in the starting lineup this season. I’m only speculating here but I bet Myers and the front office want him to play, but the coaching staff is reluctant to because he’ll only end up getting in the way of what they’ve already established this season. They don’t have time to sacrifice to bring him up to speed (we already saw how lost he was last season). We’ll either see him return near the end of the season when the Warriors are already fixed as a seeding, and he can get some reps in a low stakes environment, or we won’t see him until next season.

This nxgga is literally holding the Warriors back from going out there and adding a big man. All the other heavyweights in the league are finding ways to improve their roster, yet GS is sitting on their hands cause they think they've already got a pot of gold in Wiseman.

They ain't foolin' nobody with that fake chain.

:unimpressed:
