The loose moderation is what makes the coli great, SOHH had tight moderation and is part of the reason why this site was created. None of the trolls here are that bad so far.
I'm a Booth poster strictly on most days and don't often frequent the rest of these boards, but going off what I see there on a minute-by-minute basis,
trolls will be the death of this site; it's becoming the "thing" now and everybody and they momma trolling...already it's ruined that forum and is why I'm actually starting to expand my horizons and post elsewhere, they're
absolutely mind-numbing and terrible. Death to all trolls.
As for your last point, I guess you would have to ask the admins about that
I'm not going to do that, because I'm not the one with the issues, or proposing a subforum. Never been diagnosed, just know a few who have. So ultimately I'm unaffected, but I do care and that's why I offered what I'd deem to be definitely a realistic solution. Take it or leave it.
I think it would unfair to ask for special treatment just because we want to discuss our mental health issues without trolls.
Nah, there's nothing unfair about wanting that at all. And it's one thing to be one of the few "cool" posters who makes everyone laugh and another thing entirely when it's just a bunch of humorless, attention-seeking undecided trolls running around dapping one another and being complete asshats. I always enjoy a good joke and I'll even laugh at one smackdab in a serious discussion on mental health. I just don't find trolling all that funny, under any circumstance.
