Finally ran this on netflix, at first i was 
but ended up 
...it was a good movie, it's a shame a universal story like this couldnt do better at the box office simply because it's black - altho I will acknowledge the critiques that blame lack of star power, but how are we supposed to build stars if we're not giving newer talent a shot?
Anyway, decent flick, even tho I enjoyed her finding her voice more than the love story angle.
