Brehs, are we ever going to have a SERIOUS discussion about the PHOENIX SUNS and Kevin Durant?

KD leaving Golden State was fine

The issue was him keep on trying to play with other superstars and forming big threes, instead of just 1 star next to him with good role players ans coaching

Remember when he and Kyrie got Atkinson fired and brought in Steve Nash so that they can play iso ball?
Yep.

Now look what Atkinson is doing with the Cavs compared to KD in Phoenix.

From having a chance to watch KD on a consistent basis over the last 2 1/2 seasons, I'm shocked at how careless he is with the ball.Whether off the dribble or pass attempts. He's fukking turnover magnet.

This is why I forever die on the hill that Harden is the best player to come out of that OKC big 3. KD needs to be paired with an elite playmaker because he's not a great playmaker, he's turnover prone and he generally looks of his own shot and shoots a ton of bad shots because when you're 7 foot with a handle no shot is bad shot but that comes at a cost towards making his teammates better.

It just sucks because Harden is the NBA's version of Clayton Kershaw and chokes every year in the postseason.

KD is a horrible GM, and Booker and Beal never won shyt as the main guy. Even when Phoenix went to the Finals and followed up that season with the best record, CP3 was the leader of that team. Phoenix never even made the playoffs until they got Chris Paul (Booker was in his SIXTH season). Beal has never made it out of the second round.

And so many people actually thought he was the best player on the warriors. It's a joke.

KD isn't top 10 or 15.

He probably #21 or some shyt.

Fact is, if he never goes to Golden State, he isn't even Harden status all time.

And that's sad.
:whoa: Hold on I wouldn’t go that far. But I will say Russ was unfairly scapegoated during their time in OKC.

It adds up

That's why real ones knew what it was on golden state.

There's a reason Kd and Kyrie called for Harden to join them in Brooklyn

KD doesn't have the overall offensive playmaking to lead an offense like that.

That's why keeps on making the same decisions he does

KD has made every single wrong move since leaving GS

:snoop:
Nah going to Brooklyn was the right move for his career and the chance to lead his own team. But Sean Mark's should have stood on business and kept Kenny Atkinson and Jarrett Allen. Instead of bending to his star player demands

If KD didn’t ring chase going to the warriors he’s Carmelo Anthony status

KD is not a great player that wins you games
Agree with the first part. He’s ringless without the Warriors. Has only won 2 playoff series since leaving GSW. And one of those wins was against a Jaylen Brown-less Celtics team.

Disagree with the second. He made OKC contenders when he was there. Made the finals and multiple conf finals.

What if I told you he has a lower turnover ratio than LeBron.

Been saying this for years

He's one of the greatest #2 options. Not a #1 option and should not be on anyone's Top 20 list
So you been dumb for years. The Kevin Durant hate is played out. Dude is 36, he’s not supposed to be carrying a team at this age. There’s no one in that age group looking great regularly right now but people just hate this dude because they’re still mad at the warriors so they lose all common sense.

Kevin Durant hasn’t been on a championship caliber team since he was on the Warriors. There isn’t a single year where you can look at a team he was on since then and say “he should’ve done more with that team.” They shouldn’t have been swept by Boston but that team was clearly better. It’s like people have agendas so they lose any semblance of actually dissecting situations when it comes to that dude. Like how are you cosigning this shyt @NZA when that dude is your most consistent player and Booker who is supposed to be the face of your franchise has been ass all year?

Dudes want a 36 year old to fix all the holes on a terrible ass roster and that’s what people say NBA fans suck. It’s the same people who have hated this dude forever - some weird combination of Bron stans, Steph stans and randomly some Boston fans saying the same stupid shyt.

KD is 36 years old with a long history of injuries. This is how it usually goes at the end of long careers. Brady and Lebron got folks thinking everybody should at their prime this late in their 30s. In the old days at his age, he would be brought in a support to a #1 to help get over the top. :yeshrug:
