the numbers don't show in any way that having a social life is easier now than it was before. culture and economics are a factor
talking on discord aint the same as having a social life
How do you know breh is socially awkward? have you met him?Nowhere I said talking on a discord or message board.
Technology has allowed the connection of people with the same interest. Incels and social awkward people have always been around. He's just one of them.

finding like-minded people through technology is easy. actually finding the time and planning out the logistics of meeting up is another problem. It's a common issue in LA county, where like minded people might be a 45 min drive there and back.
Because they don't have the time or money.America is huge half of these brehs complaining never even left their city, i'm referring to the whole country not just the specific state/city they live

Not really, America is so big you can meet tons of people with your same interests no matter how niche they are.
It does mean Discord or message boards, in conjunction with other groups and apps. You don't get to pick and choose what app or platform falls under the "technology" umbrella that people, according to you, connect under. That doesn't mean discord or messageboard. You have social media groups and apps for damn near every kind of interests.
Outside of a handful of cities and by handful I mean 3 max yes.
I have a conspiracy theory that they actually build cities down here in Florida to maximize antisocial behavior just haven't been able to prove it
