What continues to blow my mind is that these are adults who never once tried to get their citizenship. You know what happens elsewhere if you're not a citizen or have a visa? They send you on the first thing smoking regardless of how long you've been there. Why is this so hard for Americans to understand? After they get deported, they can get in line and do like how everyone else before them did. Amnesty is a slap in the face to everyone who has gone through the grueling process of becoming a citizen.

I'm the child of parents who came here legally and spent thousands and thousands of dollars to do so and become naturalized. I was born here. Nobody in my family skipped the line or overstayed a Visa trying to skirt the rules.

All of this could have been avoided if we just started applying laws that were already in effect. We don't need "immigration reform," because the laws are already on the books.

But these political parties are all thirsty for votes, so here we are.

What we need to do is just let these people who are here rock, but they should hit with heavy fines....but from here on out it should be AMERICANS FIRST. Period.
