Booker has scored enough points. He should want a chip right now so he can sacrifice just enough points to accommodate them. Instead of 27-30, get 24-27. If they all buy in—-which they all have major incentive to do——this is filthy.

Y’all are REALLY overthinking this. Serious deja vu to AD coming to LA, the nets experiment, heatles, even KD to GS. Every single time nggas looked a juggernaut in the face and started complaining about depth :snoop:and each time these teams EASILY filled out rosters.
Beal is not THAT level of player. Fallen off the last 2 years. Outside of scoring, he isn't above average at anything and PHX will need him to be good at lots of little things for them to have a shot.

Beal has developed into a good playmaker. People who don't watch Wiz games will soon see that he routinely is giving you between 5-7 assists per night.

His shooting this past season rebounded. He's great at running off screens and attacking or spotting up. Having Book and KD is going to sky rocket his efficiency even more. Having Porzingis this season opened up the floor for him.

Brad also was amongst the league leaders in clutch time scoring for 2022-23.

The issues with Brad are his lack of defense (he used to be a solid defender up until 2018-19) and the turnovers in the clutch.

Beal's playmaking is OK. Part of the reason he was averaging over 5 a game in that historic season 2 years ago is because he had the ball so damn much.

Phoenix needs real depth because Beal just isn't a highly impactful player. Defense, rebounding, passing, screens - all that little things PHX will need to hit elite status he just doesn't do. You have idiots in this thread talking up Goodwin like he's a major steal that will put them over the hump against Denver.

Ayton has to be moved for Phoenix to have a real title shot.

No. The best shooting guard is in Dallas. Booker doesn't do anything better than Doncic outside of free throws and he gives Harden impersonations in elimination games. No question.

You cut it out.
Luka isn’t a SG. Stop arguing dumb shyt.

Is Beal better than 38 year old CP3 in defense or offense? A better playmaker?

Who runs the ball?

It's a cheap trade as CP3 is just about finished but don't know if it makes the suns a better team :yeshrug:
