Beal could veto a trade based on the players involved not just the team as far as I know. So if he gets traded it will probably appear as if the wizards got fleeced.

Feel like the Wizards pay Kuzma & Porzingis this summer, roll it out for another season, & then get rid of all 3. Letting them walk for nothing & trading Beal for a probably just alright return just seems like a terrible plan even if you want to tear it all down.
