So how does this work cap wise for them? Aren't they over the second apron now?

They’ll have around $162 mil this season committed to just KD/Booker/Beal/Ayton, plus another 6 committed to Cam Payne. The second tax limit is projected to be $179.5, so even if the other 10 are vet minimum players they’re still gonna be over

They’ll have to do some maneuvering to avoid it. Probably have to dump Payne and/or trade Ayton for players with less total salary

Good. Wizards could make Kuzma available for trades
Pretty sure the initial plan is to build around Kuz and Kristops, Beal was in the way imo, his salary does not match his production and I was getting tired of hearing him say he has to play good for them to have a courage to win like he's feeling himself too much. Nobody seemed to have the guts to say that to his face.

I was hoping we'd send him to Sacramento because that would be some revenge for them sending us the Bradley Beal equivalent in Mitch Richmond :birdman: worst trade in NBA history.
