This a good trade for both teams especially the Bulls.

Time to blow it up. Hopefully they can get rid of Lavin next and just let Derozen walk.

Giddy is young. Can handle and pass. Just need to work on his jumper

How are we blowing it up by not getting any picks back from a team with a literal fukkton of available picks?

Giddey is 21. There’s a possibility that you made a draft promise to a guard who is older than Giddey. And despite the fact that everyone hates the guy, he’s not a bum. You’re betting on Giddey continuing to produce with more responsibility. Try to get a deal done now with Giddey for $15-16 mil a year.

The only thing Chicago coulda did was ask for Wallace but then OKC woulda asked for a sweetener since Caruso is on an expiring.

I'm not the incompetent GM :hubie:

And Curoso just a great bench player. Maybe would have gotten more for Lavine but Curoso impacts winning

Bulls will probably have one of the worst records in the NBA next year. No more play in ceiling for the team.

There will probably be more moves

We won't, which is part of the problem. Even if we run it back without Caruso, barring major injury, we'll still be good enough for a play in spot at worst.

They can’t give LaVine away right now. I’m just not gonna play the “build his value up” game that everyone thinks works. If Zach wants his spot back, outplay everyone. Otherwise, move on like he ain’t in your plans.

Coby had a very good season and is on a good deal. They still need guards and ball handlers. All we know is that how they’ve done things leads to them putting the Mid in Midwest. Giddey’s a distressed asset who can be really good if a team can work with him. There’s no reason to worry about how he shoots in the playoffs since they ain’t going anyway.
Well that aint going to happen, he's owed at least 43 and 45 million...and another 48 if he picks up his player option. Spoiler alert...Zach picking that shyt up :pachaha:

Lavine is one of the 20 highest paid players in the league. Unless the Bulls toss in some picks aint no "moving on" right now.
