Americans barely have jobs as is and tent cities are lining the city streets and people are living in storage facilities, but we need to fast track citizenship and give priority to immigrants for jobs? Sorry, but no.

Also, it's not 'white replacement ideology'. It's black replacement ideology because Democrats are moving them into primarily black areas and using them as their new preferred minority voting base.

If the majority of migrants arrested for illegally crossing into the United States are then released into the United States to await their asylum case then that is a defacto open border.

A couple of things:

You said Americans barely have Jobs. That’s incorrect, there are plenty of jobs available. We can argue about the pay and quality of jobs but to say there aren’t any jobs is just incorrect. The tent city issue is due to the fact many of these Jobs aren’t paying well. That’s not an immigration issue that’s a labor and federal economic policy issue. The American economy has shifted from a manufacturing and labor intensive economy to a knowledge base economy if you wanted to end the tent cities you could just provide universal college, universal trade programs, etc. That would increase salaries and help with tent cities.

The immigrant movement as a preferred minority doesn’t hold up because these immigrants are conservative in nature and would lean towards republicans in the future (See Florida).

I agree with you 100%. The constitution is explicitly clear that the federal government controls the border. The problem is that the federal govt is not doing its job and enforcing our laws. How do we rectify that? What's the solution when the Fed Gov abdicates its responsibility?

Don't get me wrong, texas is absolutely wrong here and it shouldnt' be at this point at all. Plus that Govenor is putting these soldiers in ethical delimas that their leaders are not supposed to put them in. So many failures all around. Texas needs to stand down and find other legal options. At this point, they get what's coming to them.

I am actually disappointed in the Supreme Court in this, this should have been a 9-0 ruling in favor of the Fed Gov. This one is pretty simple from a constitutional perspective.

Work through the political process and current rules. You vote to put who you want in power and who will change the rules. Vote Biden out. But this is beyond politics and its about either you maintain the federal government as the supreme power vs these states openly defying the federal government.

Remember, you also have states currently refusing to implement voting maps that created black districts.

A direct challenge to the federal authorities. This is all connected. Again, it's an attempt to try to flip the power dynamic. The states openly rejecting the law of the federal government. Combine this with their recent statements implying civil war and seceding and you can see the play. Biden is going to have to say damn an election and optics and use the force of the government to reestablish the proper order otherwise this will deteriorate.

I say this as someone who thinks the immigration issue needs to be fixed. But you let this fly, then other states get courage to not follow federal law. Such as civil rights law
