I agree with you 100%. The constitution is explicitly clear that the federal government controls the border. The problem is that the federal govt is not doing its job and enforcing our laws. How do we rectify that? What's the solution when the Fed Gov abdicates its responsibility?

Don't get me wrong, texas is absolutely wrong here and it shouldnt' be at this point at all. Plus that Govenor is putting these soldiers in ethical delimas that their leaders are not supposed to put them in. So many failures all around. Texas needs to stand down and find other legal options. At this point, they get what's coming to them.

I am actually disappointed in the Supreme Court in this, this should have been a 9-0 ruling in favor of the Fed Gov. This one is pretty simple from a constitutional perspective.

Yeah. There needs to be push back on this.

This stuff will lead nowhere good... too much shyt happening globally to be dealing with any further increases in internal issues.
