I have a question for everyone.
Do you think those liberal judges voted their true stance or voted the way they did because they knew it was coming down to 5-4 split? What I'm asking is that if there were 5 liberal judges and 4 conservatives instead, do you still think this would have passed?
Think of the ACA case. There was a lot of money on that. A lot of insurance money, lobbying money, corporate money. So Roberts goes over and votes to pass. The other 4 conservatives get to save face and big business wins.
What I am asking is what do Democrats and the Party gain to lose from this ruling? Nothing. They have a huge donor base and unknown foreign money trickling in and this only helps their cause.
