So y'all telling me all these folks in this thread saying the Supreme Court can just overrule that bill are CAPPING about the Supreme Court's ability to nullify any bill that comes out of Congress?

No. SCOTUS just overturn led a prior ruling. We are discussing the prospect of Congress writing new law. Congress can word the law to make it difficult for SCOTUS to say it is unconstitutional.
