I believe Christian business owners pick and choose what they consider untenable. Sin is sin according to the Bible. Why accommodate anything the bible disagrees with?

the problem is that by saying they can discriminate you've opened Pandora's Box on all discrimination with the ruling. You'd think the 6 justices who voted in favor of the discrimination would take into account the precedent it sets. But of course not.

The sin cherry picking has always been retarded to me.

My thing is, you ain't God, let him due to the judging if you're a Christian.

TheColi shyttakes are in full effect here.

Apparently, discrimination is okay because it means a bigot can't take our money. And our ancestors problem is that they wanted to do business with racists. I'd love to blame this on non-Black trolling but I've heard ppl say this shyt to my face, like they were making a point.

Refusing someone service and choosing not accept a person's services are two different things. If I need medication and the only available retailer in my region hates Blacks, I'm fukked. I would either change homes or ship from a vendor that is outside my region, both of which are costly and could potentially bankrupt me. Making this type discrimination unconstitutional opens up the retailer to several federal and civil lawsuits if they refuse to service me or tamper with any services I aquire.

Anti-discrimination laws protect customers from businesses. Once again, the SCOTUS sides against its citizens. They trying to bring us back to the late 1800s, when the government bent over for corporations. I expect Brown to neutered before my grandmother dies. WATTBA

so is this ruling 'refusing service because they're gay', or is it letting a business opt out of participating in a gay wedding, specifically?

if you believe in the bible and christianity (i don't, at all), why would christians be forced to provide services for a gay wedding? it goes against their religion. its right in the bible
this isnt true

it just says "man should not lay with another man as he would a woman"

its a personal command, it doesnt necessarily say to mistreat someone who does such things

people misconstrue the commandments in the bible as a charge to execute the law of the bible. In truth, this is up to the priests (kohens) to execute :jbhmm:

Chicago been doing this for years. He was clapping for Trump being racist to African countries and his baby mama is Nigerian.

Very weird individual

His “proof” for Obama being a DL homo with a fake family was to bring up an article about the racist CAC who started the rumor in the first place. Dude’s brain is fukking mush

Bro it doesn’t matter, keep me alive until the next doctor will or my family will sue you to kingdom come. Now they have a legal bigotry out to deny service and not even be threatened economically.

Medical malpractice didn't go anywhere and doctors have thought black people had a high pain tolerance since slavery.

No juelz. I don't think anyone should be forced to do something they don't want to do. I also believe that if by doing that you disobey the law of the land you should suffer the consequences.

if you have followed clarence thomas at all you would know he is actually PRO-segregation

he has a full length of anti-integration takes, his ultimate goal is to attack all race based determinations. The problem is that in the public space people should be able to exchange goods/services freely provided people are not damaging or disrupting their property

clarence doesnt understand that many people naturally favor either people who look like them or people they deem attractive at the expense of those who do not. Its a human nature thing not a legality thing. Thats why many of his takes are stupid (especially considering he is married to a white woman :dead:)

he has said numerous times that he is ashamed that he received his perks/positions due to AA and legality but forgets that many of these white people would not be here without theft and murder!
