what did the U.S do to Cuba and Venezuela when they formed certain alliances

Only the U.S and their allies get to do what's in their best interest


I understand the perspectives here going be U.S-centric developed under the influence of U.S media but at least try to view shyt objectively re: Russia and China. It's really no good guys here, they all are imperialist pos. My OP was really just about a scenario where all of this could been avoided
