Eugene never saw the shooting, he has said that multiple times, therefore he ain't no eyewitness to anything. Cease never said it was Amir either, he simply said a guy dressed like a NOI, and if you look at the police sketch, that could be Billups or Poochie, and truth be told, the sketch looks more like another guy who was in Death Row's entourage, damn near identical to the sketch, that pic is on the net also
